⚠️ A refresh overwrote my edits

This is expected behavior. Refreshing an item (or a whole store) pulls the current data from Shopify into Peak PIM and replaces what was there, including unpublished edits.

How to avoid losing work

Publish your Peak PIM changes before refreshing, or
Only refresh when Shopify has the version you want to keep

If you refreshed by accident

Re-enter your changes in Peak PIM and publish again.

Save your important pending updates by publishing them before any refresh. Once they're in Shopify, a refresh just pulls them back.
