Peak PIM is built to manage one catalog across several Shopify stores.

The key idea

You keep one product in Peak PIM, but each store can show its own version of it. The same t-shirt can have a different title, description, price or tags in each store, while still being a single product you manage in one place.

How publishing works

When you're done editing, you choose which stores to publish to. Stores you don't select stay exactly as they are.

This lets you tailor your catalog per store without ever duplicating your work.

🚀 Quick start: create and publish your first product

Here's the fastest path from nothing to a live product in Shopify.

Step-by-step

1. Open the create menu

In Peak PIM, click Create, then Product.

2. Give your product a name

Use a clear internal name. This helps you find the product inside Peak PIM.

3. Choose the target stores

Pick which Shopify store(s) the product should go to.

4. Fill in the store-specific details

Enter the title, description and other fields for each store.

5. Add media

Attach a few images from your media library.

6. Publish

Click Create and publish to save the product in Peak PIM and push it live to the selected stores at the same time.

||| Prefer to keep your product in draft for now? Click Create instead. You can publish it any time.

What's next

You can come back and edit the product whenever you like, then publish again to update those stores.

🔗 Linking your first Shopify store

Your first store is connected automatically when you install Peak PIM from the Shopify App Store. There is nothing extra to do.

Once installed, that store appears in Peak PIM under Settings > Stores, and its catalog is imported for you.

How to open bulk edit

In Peak PIM, open Bulk edit and choose what you want to work on:

You'll see your items as rows and their fields as columns, ready to edit directly.
