👋 Your first login and initial sync

The first time you open Peak PIM, we automatically pull in the products, variants, collections and media that already exist in your connected Shopify store.

What to expect

The first sync can take a few minutes for larger catalogs.
While it runs, you can explore the app freely.
Once it finishes, your full catalog is ready to edit.

You don't need to set anything up manually. When the sync is complete, your dashboard will show your totals and you're ready to create or edit products.
