⚙️ Managing product options and values

Options are the ways a product varies, such as Size or Color. Their values are the specific choices, such as Small, Medium and Large.

What you can do on a product

Add an option (for example, Color)
Add values to that option (for example, Red, Blue)
Remove a value you no longer offer
Remove an entire option

What happens with variants

As you add options and values in Peak PIM, the matching variants are built out automatically so each combination can have its own Price, SKU and Image.

Shopify allows up to 3 options per product (for example Size, Color, Storage).
