💳 How billing works

Billing for Peak PIM runs through one of two paths, depending on how you signed up. Both are handled securely and give you the same plan and features.

Two billing paths

Shopify billing: if you installed Peak PIM from the Shopify App Store, your subscription is billed through Shopify's billing system and appears alongside your other Shopify charges.
Stripe subscription: if you subscribed to Peak PIM directly (outside the Shopify App Store), your subscription is billed through Stripe. You'll receive invoices by email and can manage your payment method from the Stripe billing portal linked from your Peak PIM billing page.

You're charged monthly or annually, on a recurring basis, according to the plan and cycle you choose
Paying annually saves you 2 months compared to monthly billing
Your billing details, current plan and renewal date are visible on your billing page in Peak PIM
Your 10-day free trial runs at the start. You aren't charged until the trial ends
