# 🚀 Quick start: create and publish your first product

Here's the fastest path from nothing to a live product in Shopify.

# Step-by-step

### 1. Open the create menu

In Peak PIM, click `Create`, then `Product`.

### 2. Give your product a name

Use a clear internal name. This helps you find the product inside Peak PIM.

### 3. Choose the target stores

Pick which Shopify store(s) the product should go to.

### 4. Fill in the store-specific details

Enter the title, description and other fields for each store.

### 5. Add media

Attach a few images from your media library.

### 6. Publish

Click `Create and publish` to save the product in Peak PIM and push it live to the selected stores at the same time.

# What's next

You can come back and edit the product whenever you like, then publish again to update those stores.
