# ✏️ Editing a Shopify product

Open any product from the `Products` list in Peak PIM to edit it.

# What you can change

* Its **internal name** (used only inside Peak PIM to help you find it)
* Its store-specific details like `Title`, `Description`, `Vendor`, `Tags`
* `Options` and `Variants`
* `Metafields`
* `SEO` settings
* Attached `Media` and `Collections`

# Saving vs publishing

As you make changes, Peak PIM tracks what hasn't been published yet.

* Click `Save` to keep your changes in Peak PIM (the live Shopify store doesn't change yet).
* Click `Publish` when you're ready to send them to Shopify.

If you change your mind before saving, you can discard your edits.
